Antonio Coimbra, Vodafone Spain’s CEO, has confirmed the operator will offer the Netflix app on its platform, the first distribution deal for Netflix Spain.

Vodafone TV homes will be able to watch Netflix content via on app on their set–top boxes. Netflix will also be available through Vodafone TV when Netflix when it launches in October.

Netflix in Spain will be fully localised, offering a choice of subtitles and dubbing.
