CBS Drama will launch on Freeview in the UK on September 1st. The network is currently carried on the Sky and Virgin Media pay TV satellite platforms and Freesat.

The new deal means it will now be available in 90 per cent of UK television households via the digital FTA platform.

At launch, the channel will air US shows including Sex and the City, Californication and Nurse Jackie and British dramas Waterloo Road and Clocking Off.
