Arris: NPVR good for subscribers and providers

Advanced Television talks to Cornel Ciorcirlan, CTO EMEA, about the major benefit of Network PVR. Cornel confirms that Arris’s own Consumer Entertainment Index survey shows viewers dislike managing a full PVR disk and want more storage and a better experience. The answer, he says, is NPVR which has major benefits for the subscriber and for the operator.
