SNTV, a joint venture between The Associated Press and IMG, has revealed a partner agreement with ANSA, the leading Italian news agency. Under the agreement ANSA will be SNTV’s agency partner in Italy and will market and sell its sports video content in the region.
“We are very excited to have ANSA as our agency partner in Italy – their knowledge and expertise will help us position our sports video content to parts of the digital and mobile market we haven’t yet reached. We are very confident that ANSA’s leader position in the market and industry contacts will help strengthen our own profile in the market,” said Gabrielle Guedj, Commercial Director, for SNTV.
“The exclusive partnership with SNTV increases the portfolio of products that ANSA distributes in Italy. ANSA’s large customer base will benefit by having access to top level international sports highlights and news video to improve their online content. This agreement will strengthen ANSA’s leadership in the primary digital information marketplace”, said Andrea Fossati, Deputy Managing Director of ANSA.
