TVbeat analytics for Russia’s Nemo TV
July 6, 2015
TVbeat, the TV analytics company, has formed a partnership with Nemo TV, an OTT TV service for Russia and CIS. The strategic partnership means that Nemo TV will have access to TVbeat’s analytics tool, providing them with granular insights about audience viewing behaviour.
TVbeat aims to provide Nemo TV with a 360 degree view of their subscribers. Through gaining a deeper understanding of what content each household is consuming, at what time and through which device – Nemo TV will be able to increase up-sales conversion by using a subscriber’s viewing profile and therefore retain customers (and reduce churn) by understanding their personal needs.
Raivo Rosts, VP of Business Development in Baltics and CIS at TVbeat said; “We are thrilled to have partnered with our first platform in Russia and CIS. We have proven to our existing clients that our tool has the power to improve the way platforms make business decisions, we look forward to doing the same for Nemo TV. We aim to support Nemo TV in reducing churn by showing them how to increase customer satisfaction, using their data in the TVbeat tool. This partnership is a great achievement for TVbeat as we expand into Russia”.
