Sirius-XM adds 24/7 news from Fox

Pay-radio operator Sirius-XM will add its first dedicated all-news channel this autumn. Fox News is the supplier and it will supply its Fox News Headlines 24/7 station thereby making its radio service the only nationwide news channel for drivers and in-home listeners.
Fox says that the channel will be different from its TV version, which often focuses on political news commentary and from an unashamed right-wing bias. Instead, says Fox, it will focus on breaking news to the exclusion of political commentary.
That political comment is already available to Sirius-XM via a simulcast of its Fox News Talk terrestrial station which is often described as an ‘opinion driven’ station. Sirius-XM also simulcasts the Fox Business Network, an audio-only version of its TV channel as well as an audio relay of its Fox News Channel. The additional service means that, in total, Sirius-XM will offer four news services from Fox.
The Fox News Headline 24/7 channel will be continuously updated with headlines, breaking news, on-scene reporting, business news, politics, entertainment, sports, and more.
