May 12, 2015
Viewster, the online streaming service, has released a new and improved mobile app for iOS and Android. Available immediately, the app enhances user experience to help viewers scroll episodes of their favourite shows on tablets and smartphones. Viewster is free and fully-licensed and enables fans to watch a library of more than ten thousand titles in film and TV, especially anime, fantasy, sci-fi and virtual worlds. Viewster also has a vast catalogue of simulcasts where anime shows are available immediately after airing on Japanese TV.
Viewster CEO, Kai Henniges, said: “Forty-eight per cent of our users access Viewster via tablet or mobile phone, where they account for seventy-four per cent of all video views. The mobile device is the most flexible to use, and our young audience uses it to binge-watch the shows they are passionate about.”
