Sky Deutschland extends European Golf rights

Sky Deutschland has extended its rights agreement for the European Golf Tour by another five years, ensuring it will continue to show live and exclusive coverage of the events in Germany and Austria.
The rights agreement signed with European Tour Productions, a joint venture of the European Tour and IMG, also includes the Ryder Cup 2016 and 2018, the four tournaments of the World Golf Championships, the Sunshine Tour and the Asian Tour as well as highlights of the European Seniors Tour and the Challenge Tour.
The deal also covers IPTV and mobile broadcasting rights.
