Nollywood TV now available with French operator CANALSAT
January 15, 2015
THEMA and CANALSAT are happy to announce their agreement to broadcast the African fiction TV channel NOLLYWOOD TV, for the first time on satellite.
NOLLYWOOD TV will be broadcast on CANALSAT, channel 39, via satellite, ADSL and on the web.
All CANALSAT subscribers will be able to discover the channel until 31 March. It will then be available “à la carte” for €4 a month or within the GRAND CANALSAT offer.
Moreover, the channel will be launched in French-Swiss via CANALSAT Suisse within the course of the years.
Nollywood TV is edited by THEMA. The channel has imposed itself as the reference in French-dubbed Nollywood films within less than two years. Love, drama and stars, it is the cinema rendezvous for all Africans and Africa lovers. And this position will be strengthened by the exclusive agreement signed between THEMA and iROKO.tv, with the latter providing more than 200 films per year, whose quality rivals the international productions.
