TBN heralds significant UK launch
December 30, 2014
Having announced mid-summer 2014 its intention to launch a DTT service in the UK at the beginning of 2015, the Trinity Broadcasting Family of Networks is heralding what it says is one of the most significant moments in the history of television broadcast across the UK.
Trinity Broadcasting Network will launch its newest network, TBN UK, on UK free-to-air digital terrestrial television Freeview on January 5th 2015.
TBN Vice President Matthew Crouch said that while TBN had been available in the UK through cable and satellite, this would be the first time that over 65 million individuals across the British Isles will have access to a broad range of faith-and-family programming 24 hours a day, suggesting that the launch of TBN UK on Freeview Channel 65 would represent one of the single largest increases of faith television coverage in history.
