Ukraine: Megogo to broadcast Viasat channels

Eight Viasat channels are now available throughout Ukraine for all Megogo subscribers in the ‘basic’ package. From 2015 the channels will be provided on a pay basis.
The new Megogo offer will include the pay-TV movies from the movie channel brand, TV1000 – which includes the channels TV1000, TV1000 Russian Kino, TV1000 Action and TV1000 Comedy – as well as Viasat History, Viasat Explore and Viasat Nature.
Andrey Burenok, country manager of Viasat Ukraine LLC, commented: “There has been a clear growth in OTT pay-TV distribution in Ukraine. MEGOGO are innovators and igniters in terms of user experience and marketing approach.
