VisionTV now on Freeview
November 12, 2014
TV technology specialist Vision247 has confirmed it will stream more than 20 free-to-air channels to connected Freeview HD set top boxes and TVs.
Supporting TVs, set top boxes and digital TV recorders from brands such as Samsung, LG, Sony, Toshiba and Sharp, users just need to connect these devices to a broadband connection to access the free channels – including British Asian entertainment channel Prime TV and shopping channel Best Direct.
Petra Oblak, CEO of Vision247 says, “VisionTV delivers a wider range of international-flavoured channels for UK Freeview audience. The commanding market share in Freeview HD connected devices in people’s homes warrants broader, more compelling content and VisionTV reflects this.”
