Thailand 2nd batch of vouchers due

Thailand’s National Broadcasting & Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) says it will issue its second batch of digital TV vouchers on November 21st to more than 3 million homes.
The first batch of vouchers, which went to low-earning families, were issued on October 10th and can be used to buy set-top boxes or as part-payment on new digital-ready TV displays.
By the end of November more than 8 million households will have received vouchers.
