Freeview ‘Tears and Laughter’ ad campaign
September 29, 2014
Freeview this week launches a new advertising campaign to promote the wealth of programming available to Freeview viewers this autumn.
The campaign, called ‘Freeview Presents’ centres on two emotionally charged TV adverts, Tears and Laughter, which showcase talent laughing and crying in TV moments from some of the most-watched comedy and drama series.
Owen Jenkinson, Freeview’s Head of Marketing, said: “With 95 per cent of the nation’s favourite TV, Freeview is home to some fantastic content. The tear-jerking and laugh-out-loud moments in our TV ads capture the emotion many of us seek from TV and reminds viewers they don’t need to pay to watch some of the most-watched TV programmes.”
