July 9, 2014
Trace Sport Stars, the sports entertainment channel, is celebrating further global expansion, as it announces its first carriage deal in the US with DISH Network.
The channel will launch in summer 2014 in DISH’s International Basic Package for satellite subscribers. It will later be made available as part of the sports pack on DISH’s OTT platform, DishWorld.
“The addition of Trace Sport Stars to our international line-up further expands the variety of content we offer for young, multicultural viewers,” said Izabela Slowikowska, director of programming, DISH. “By including Trace Sport Stars in both our satellite and DishWorld OTT packages, we are able to reach an even more diverse set of subscribers.”
