US pay-TV subs set for rebound

The pay-TV market in the US has faced challenges for several years, which culminated in a 0.58 per cent loss in total subscribers in 2013. However, recent research from Strategy Analytics forecasts a return to growth in 2014 at 0.14 per cent, detailed in the Service Provider Strategies (SPS) service report, North America Digital Television Forecast: 1Q 2014.
