Univision Deportes continues its countdown to the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil with the release of its new World Cup digital viewing app in the US.
The digital service, designed and powered by NeuLion, offers fans access to live streaming coverage of all the games with in-match, real time highlights and stats, video highlights, schedules, individual club news, rosters and more. The app offers fans watching live sports on PC, smartphones and tablets an interactive, live experience that can be personalised to the individual fan, connecting users to each other via their social networks using Twitter and Facebook. The app can be downloaded across both iTunes and Android platforms.
“The World Cup inspires an enthusiasm like no other event in the world, and this app delivers a fan-tailored experience unlike anything else,” said Juan Carlos Rodriguez, president of Univision Deportes. “Univision is the home for soccer in the US and FIFA World Cup coverage, and through this app fans will have access to our exclusive content in the palm of their hands.”
