Disney opens UK production office
February 13, 2014
Disney has launched a British production division as it looks to take advantage of the TV tax credit by filming TV pilots in the UK.
The Hollywood studio has launched Abbey C Studios to house its first UK production, the musical comedy Galavant. The division will also be the home for future pilots and series filmed in the UK.
Abbey C Studios is based at Disney’s London office in Hammersmith. Galavant starts filming in the city of Bristol later this month.
