Spain: OTT TotalChannel 100,000 subs in 3 months

Spain’s OTT service TotalChannel has surpassed the 100,000 subscriber mark just three months after its launch. The service offers 12 premium TV channels at cost of €9.99 a month.
The company claims that over 80 per cent of its subscribers have access to the service through their main TV screen, via smart TV or through a connected video games console.. The company plans to launch additional apps for other devices in 2014.
The OTT platform is currently distributing 12 TV channels: AXN HD, AXN White HD, Calle 13 HD, Cosmopolitan HD, Fox HD, Fox Crime HD, National Geographic HD, Paramount Comedy, SyFy HD, TNT HD, HISTORIA and Crime & Investigation. VoD content is also available on the platform with a wide catalogue of movies and series such as The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and American Horror Story.
