IRIS.TV partners with Unicorn for targeted ads
October 16, 2013
IRIS.TV, a video recommendation service, has formed a partnership with Unicorn Media, an expert in Internet video solutions. The partnership allows publishers to serve video ads to all IP-enabled devices and enables them to deliver personalised video streams to any platform, while utilising the native mobile video player.
“Given the overall video consumption growth in mobile devices, we see the partnership’s focus on mobile launching us to become the market leader for video recommendations,” stated Robert Bardunias, Chief Revenue Officer of IRIS.TV. “While mobile usage has doubled in size, content creators have dealt with the fragmentation of multiple operating systems, manufacturers, and web standards. The Unicorn Media and IRIS.TV partnership mitigates all of those concerns and creates a simple, profitable solution that requires zero app development costs.”
“Our decision to partner with IRIS.TV was based largely on the effectiveness of their recommendation products and analytics in enhancing the user experience and increasing video views and ad revenue,” said Chuck Parker, Unicorn Media Chief Revenue Officer. “Our combined technologies will allow publishers to maximise the user experience and deliver high-quality, relevant video content and ads.”
