de Rosen made Eutelsat Chairman and CEO
September 17, 2013
Eutelsat Communications Chairman, Jean-Martin Folz, is retiring and to enable the Board to immediately appoint a successor and to avoid uncertainty Michel de Rosen, who has been CEO since 2009, will be Chairman and CEO.
Noting that the recent developments of Eutelsat and the reorganisation of shareholders no longer justifies the separation of the roles of Chairman and CEO, the Board has decided to merge the two functions, reverting to the practice in place from 2004 to 2009.
