LOVEFiLM upgrades Nintendo Wii app
July 18, 2013
Amazon’s LOVEFiLM has announced the launch of its new and improved LOVEFiLM Instant streaming service application on Nintendo’s Wii home console.
The arrival of the next gen app on the console is the latest step in LOVEFiLM’s roll out of the upgraded app, and brings a variety of new features to Wii users including an improved search function and recommendation engine, optimised user interface, and the addition of the popular Watchlist feature.
LOVEFiLM.com members using the Wii to stream the latest films and TV series will also find revisiting content easier than before, with a homepage display that shows content currently being viewed and the last location reached in that video – making it easier to resume viewing from the same place on any LOVEFiLM device.
