Intraway to acquire Baking Software

Intraway Corporation today announced its agreement to acquire Baking Software, a company specialized in empowering subscriberswith software that easily solves home network configuration problems and enhance their service experience. This acquisition will strengthen Intraway’s leadership position in the OSS landscape and will help MSOs to increase customer loyalty and faster achieve operational excellence.
Baking Software develops software for the desktop, smartphones and tablets that automates the configuration of multiple home network devices, helps the customer solve their problems without calling their service provider, offers remote-desktop functionality for the CSR and continuously monitors and reports key customer experience indicators to the operator.

Baking’s solutions will complement Intraway’s convergent, real-time OSS, BSS and Network Control solutions and will exploit each and all features provided by existing network elements, platforms and devices to unleash theservice provider’s business full potential.
Intraway latest services and solutions are being featured today during the Angacom Exhibition and Congress at booth M33.
