Yahoo bid for Dailymotion?

Yahoo is in talks to acquire control of Dailymotion through a buy of the 75 per cent owned by Orange, reports the WSJ. It puts the video portals value at about $300 million.
France Telecom-Orange acquired Dailymotion for $170 million through a two-phase deal, with the most recent transaction closing in January.
Dailymotion, basically a YouTube clone, is the No. 12 ranked online video Web property in the world, according to comScore. It has 116 million unique monthly visitors and more than 2 billion videos viewed.
