The Croatian Post (Hrvatska Posta) has launched an advertising campaign for its pay-TV service on Digital Terrestrial Television, as part of a full commercial launch, following a low key rollout in November 2012.
Evotv is broadcast in DVB-T2 technology, with signal coverage of 80 per cent of Croatian households (increasing to 95 per cent in the coming months), and the service does not require a telephone connection.
The current offer includes 60 TV channels and six thematic digital packages (documentary+news, film+kids, entertainment+music, regional, sports, and HD).
As part of the promotion, new subscribers get all packages for HRK one month for free, while those who take out a one-year subscription get three packages for HRK 69.99/month (€9.23), plus the HBO and Cinemax packages free of charge for one year.
The price of the DVB-T2 box (Strong SRT 8526) is HRK 450 (€59.37), while the monthly subscription to the pay-TV packages ranges from HRK 30 to HRK 55 (€3.96 to €7.26).
