Nook HD tablet for UK

Barnes & Noble’s budget tablet is now available in UK stores, with the launch of the Nook HD and the Nook HD+.
The Nook HD costs £159 (€197) for the 8GB model and £189 for the 16GB version and features a 7-inch 1440 x 900 display. The Nook HD+ features a 9-inch screen and boasts a full HD display, with models coming in 16GB at £229 and 32GB at £269.
Both Nooks come with Bluetooth and WiFi, as well as integrated access to B&N’s online Nook Store where users can download books, newspapers and magazines.
The Nook Video store will also be available from December, giving access to films and TV shows.
