South Korea’s two giant technology companies are arguing over OLED patents. Samsung is alleging that LG has 7 patents filed but which fail to recognise Samsung’s original work in the area. Back in September LG started an action against Samsung over an alleged patent used by Samsung in its OLED-based Galaxy S smartphones.
