BSkyB has appointed Dave Lewis to its board as an Independent Non-Executive Director following Jacques Nasser’s retirement from the Board after the annual general meeting on November 1st.

Lewis is President, Personal Care for Unilever – a British–Dutch multinational consumer goods company – where he also sits on the Unilever Leadership Executive.
