Sandvine: Netflix 33% of residential US traffic

Sandvine’s new Global Internet Phenomena Report, reveals that Netflix now accounts for 33 per cent of peak residential downstream traffic in the US.
This puts it massively ahead of rivals: Amazon’s video service only causes 1.75 per cent of peak residential downstream traffic. Hulu causes 1.38 per cent of residential peak downstream traffic, with HBO Go barely registering with 0.52 per cent.
