Vision247 launches GOD TV
November 5, 2012
Broadcast specialist Vision247 has confirmed the expansion of its UK connected FreeviewHD package of channels with the inclusion of global Christian broadcaster, GOD TV. This new channel further expands Freeview’s faith based programming following the successful delivery by Vision247 of Christian TV on Channel 228, and Muslim programming on Vision TV Network 2, on channel 230.
From Freeview channel 235, viewers can watch GOD TV, navigating programming with a normal TV remote.
John Mills, CEO of Vision247, said: “Our Freeview broadcast delivery platform was designed to enable specialist broadcasters to achieve more and reach a wider audience without the excessive costs associated with a live channel. Vision247’s expertise in delivering religious broadcasts to the Freeview platform gives GOD TV the potential to reach every living room in the UK.”
