Hispasat wants to double in size

Madrid-based Hispasat’s president Elena Pisonero has revealed that the satellite operator plans to expand its current fleet size. Hispasat, along with its Amazonas craft, has five satellites in its fleet. Pisonero said she wants to see Hispasat double in size by 2016.
Hispasat earns some 65 per cent of its income outside of Spain.
