SES Proton launch postponed again

SES-5, the latest giant satellite from Luxembourg-based SES, and which has already seen its launch delayed 24-hours, has now suffered a further set-back. A statement early on June 20 from International Launch Services (ILS) which supplies the Proton M rocket says that the new launch time will be determined at a later date.
ILS gives as its reasons a problem with the rocket’s telemetry equipment which now needs further testing. The satellite and its rocket have been removed from the launch site.
