Google Play hits 15bn downloads

Google Play, the app store formerly known as the Android Market, has reached a major app download milestone – having hit the 15th billion download.
Apple is still ahead of Android when it comes to app downloads, having hit the 25 billion mark back in March. Apple crested through the 15 billion download milestone, back in July last year.
