Tony Orsten, CEO at Abu Dhabi’s twofour54 media complex, has been replaced by the operation’s head of human development, Noura Al Kaabi. Al Kaabi is a member of the UAE’s Federal National Council and a board member at Abu Dhabi Media Company. Orsten will remain on the facility’s board.

Twofour54 was set up in 2007 to provide training and funding in Abu Dhabi for media-related jobs and services.
