January 31, 2012
CETel Group (Central European Telecom Services) has finalised its preparations for Satellite Services on the powerful satellite Yahsat 1A. Its Teleport, located in the centre of Germany near Bonn, operates a 6.1m antenna on Yahsat 1A satellite, which offers complete European and Middle East coverage in lower extended Ku-Band. With its extraordinary, highly secured and fully redundant Teleport facilities, CETel can offer Up-/Downlink services as well as Broadband Internet access and further fibre optic connections via this satellite. Especially the excellent Ku-Band coverage across the Middle East and Afghanistan offers attractive satellite capacity with extraordinary conditions.
“This Ku-Band availability over Europe and Middle East expands CETel’s Teleport and Satellite Services in regions with high levels of demand”, states Guido Neumann, Managing Director of CETel Group, and further explains “This new powerful service provides dedicated bandwidth with small remote antennas and significant competitive pricing depending on volume and terms”.
