TiVo and Virgin unveil iPad app

TiVo and Virgin Media have revealed details of an iPad app, to be released in the near future, which will allow users to control TiVo through their tablet.
The iPad app will be released alongside a software update and other new features yet to be announced.
Cindy Rose, executive director of digital entertainment at Virgin Media, speaking at IBC said: “The way viewers watch television is changing faster than ever. The companion app and other forthcoming enhancements we are working on form part of our long term strategy to deliver the most dynamic and user friendly multi-screen entertainment experience in the UK”
