Arqiva has appointed Wendy McMillan as Group Strategy & Business Development Director.

Until 2010, McMillan was Director of Strategy & Business Development in BT’s retail division where she had spent five years in a range of senior roles including general manager of the residential telephony business and director of customer service operations.  Her earlier career was spent in business development and consultancy roles at Sappi Ltd, Bain & Company and Smedvig Capital.

McMillan was the founder of the professional services website Who to ask? (whotoask.com), for which she received the Cartier Women’s Initiative Award for Europe 2010.
