EchoStar man joins Logiways

Rick Smith, VP of Sales & Marketing of EchoStar Europe, is joining Logiways, the French CAS and Push VOD provider.
Paris-based Logiways is focussed on its VODAccess solution a download to PVR service enabling linear broadcasters to offer VOD service.
