Advanced Digital Broadcast (ADB) has announced a new composition and responsibilities for its Executive Committee.

Andrew Rybicki will continue as Chairman and Group CEO.  Krysztof Bilinski, EVP, will be heading a new Broadcast Division. Francesco Schiavinato, EVP, will head the new Broadband Division. Both divisions combine business activities from all product ranges of the Group. William Luehrs, Group CAO, will take over the emerging business activities in addition to his current duties. Alessandro Brenna, Group CFO and Belinda Wong, EVP Finance, will continue in their current roles.
