Telefonica’s IPTV service, Imagenio, is now available on mobile devices (3G mobile phone, tablet or notebook) with an offer of 25 TV channels and VoD services for a monthly fee of €5.
The service will be promoted free-of-charge for the first month with subscribers enjoying channels like Gol TV, AXN, Fox, Eurosport, MTV, Calle 13, Odisea or Cartoon Network. Subscribers will also be able to hire films using the video club service.
Susbscribers to IPTV Imagenio TV MoviStar will only have to pay €2.5 a month to have access to the mobile version of Imagenio. To enjoy the service, clients have to access Movistar portal Emocion. Several 3G mobile phones, like Samsung Galaxy S, Sony Ericsson Xperia 8 or Nokia C7 have already pre-installed the necessary application.
