Verimatrix licenses Marlin technology

Verimatrix has taken a commercial licence to Intertrust’s Marlin Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology. Verimatrix, the specialist in securing and enhancing revenue for multi-screen digital TV services around the globe, will provide a complete Marlin Broadband solution as part of its MultiRights offering, integrated with its single security authority VCAS architecture. The solution includes support for secure multicast, download and streaming service delivery, incorporating the Marlin Secure Streaming Specification (MS3).
