Nagravision, DISH deal

Kudelski Group's Nagravision has secured a Conditional Access System agreement with US digital satellite platform DISH Network.
DISH Network recently completed a migration of its more than 14 million subscribers to Nagravision's new generation security technology. The new ten year agreement with Nagravision and NagraStar aligns DISH Network's and Nagravision's interests to optimise the resilience of DISH Network's security solutions, including the deployment of next generation security smart cards in addition to a broader scope of signal protection covering traditional and emerging piracy threats.
