GlobeCast secures capacity with Intelsat for OU

Intelsat, the world's leading provider of fixed satellite services, announced it signed a contract with GlobeCast, the content management and delivery company, for occasional use (OU) capacity that spans Intelsat's entire satellite fleet. The multi-year contract offers GlobeCast increased satellite transmissions infrastructure to fulfill its customer needs for distribution of live sports, breaking news and special events.
