Envivio announced that its Mobile Series video encoding platform has been installed by Digita Oy. Digita Oy, which is owned by France's TDF, is Finland's leading distributor of radio and television services. The Envivio platform is being put to immediate use to deliver ten channels of high quality, DVB-H encoded, free-to-air and pay-tv mobile television to be offered by mobile operators in Finland's top markets. Plans are in place to expand the platform with additional channels.
