Slingbox for UPC in the Netherlands

Cable MSO UPC Broadband and Sling Media are to a trial the Slingbox for UPC Digital TV customers in the Netherlands. The Slingbox allows UPC Digital TV customers to remotely control their digital Mediabox and watch or record their TV channels and programmes using a broadband Internet connection.
Stuart Collingwood, vice president of Europe for Sling Media said UPC customers would now be able to watch their favourite UPC digital programmes on their laptop or desktop computer.
